| Voicework Self-healing Classes Introductory Sessions
Example Workshop The beneficial effects of playing and listening to music have long been recognised – music is a mood lifter, raising negative energy to positive. Of the musical instruments we can play the human voice is considered to have the most powerful healing capability of them all. The vibration of the voice effects the very cells of our body and with intention can release blocks and restore balance and harmony. This skill is free and is our birthright. Sadly, in our present society and times, singing or making musical sounds has become more and more repressed with many people now being scared to even try. However, if you can speak, you can sing and in healing terms there is no such thing as a bad voice.
This class and those following will be aimed at promoting a positive sense of wellbeing through use of the voice and guided meditations, relieving stress and outworn patterns in your life. No experience is necessary — all voices welcome.
This workshop will be run by Jacqui Callis, a complimentary practitioner, qualified in the field of Crystal and Energy Healing and Voice and Tibetan Bowl Therapy. Jacqui is also trained in working energetically with patterns, beliefs, toning and mantras, rune chi and incantations and is a qualified teacher of energy workshops. Jacqui has been a singer and songwriter for nearly 30 years performing in London and nationally. She now performs locally with acoustic roots band Cahooty. |
